To our dearest readers, 


Welcome back to a brand new school year! 


Though the school year isn’t exactly new anymore, we hope all of you have had your fair share of whimsy as we head into the summative season filled with doom and despair during the month of December.


And just a fun little introduction: We are juniors Utshaho Gupta, Sarani Sams, and Brigitte Zhang, your Editors-in-Chief for the 2025-2026 AIS Newspaper. With Sarani’s constant objection to every article idea, Utshaho’s crippling procrastination that caused him to complete his summatives into the summer, and Brigitte just never showing up, we clearly are the dream team when it comes to producing the perfect newspaper! (Though, all jokes aside, we DO create the perfect paper. Trust me, Sarani runs this thing like the Navy.)


Our year started off with many new additions to our humble paper. The most undeniable one is the website you’re reading this on right now! (Shoutout to Gael Braverman, our website designer.) So, yes! We now have a new digital way of reading The Eagle Edition. But don’t worry, we will still have our physical newspapers. Make sure to be on the lookout for December 2025 Print Edition!


We also created an Instagram! Be sure to give @the_eagle_edition27 a follow!


We have a couple new faces joining us this year as reporters, and many more continuing from the previous year. Our team has been working hard to create the BEST newspaper you can imagine, covering sections such as School Life, Entertainment, and even Games & Comics! Remember to share The Eagle Edition with literally anyone you know, as we aim to transform this paper better than ever!


And just like what queen Paris Hilton had said: We love you all. You’re beautiful, and don’t forget that everyone is a princess!
